Introduction:
Bar Buonasera HK 成立於 2012年。在 2017 年初春時, Mr. Nick Tse 和 Ms. Miyake Ayako 接手主理的一家威士忌及調酒酒吧。Mr. Nick Tse 於 2018 年舉行的 The Bar Award 榮獲 最佳 10 名 Bartender 和 Hospitality Ambassador.
Nick Tse 從事酒吧行業有 超過 25 年,曾參與大型調酒大賽、長年擔任年Asia Best 50 Bar 評審; 及經常獲邀擔任客席調酒師。
Ayako Miyake 從事日本調酒師近 20 年,曾獲日本全國女調酒師關東地區亞軍及任職多家調酒酒吧主理調酒師,亦經常獲邀擔任客席調酒師。

Concept:
The beauty of the Royal Gin Buck is in its simplicity and universal appeal. Some drinkers don't enjoy the dryness of a gin and tonic, or the tartness of a gin rickey. The gin buck falls right in the middle, opting for the semi-sweet flavor of ginger ale. It's ideal for happy hour, dinner, or anytime you want a quick and casual drink.

Fruity juicy spur that is just mild tart with killer orange pineapple and coconut.

The Rob Roy cocktail is similar to the beloved Manhattan, except the Rob Roy calls for scotch instead of American whiskey. The swap from bourbon (or rye) to scotch may not seem significant, but the difference is notable. And delicious.
